Join us for the 3rd annual Dinner en White Coat, an evening of exceptional food, engaging conversation, and the fascinating science of taste and smell at uCity Square. Gather under the stars with our partners at the Monell Chemical Senses Center for a unique dining experience celebrating how our senses shape the foods we love.
This year’s event will feature a special three-course menu inspired by Bringing Flavor Back Through the Senses: A Guide and Cookbook, the forthcoming cookbook by Monell alumnus and Affiliated Scientist Dr. Robert Pellegrino, now Assistant Professor of Sensory Science at Texas A&M University. Developed using the latest chemosensory research, the recipes are designed to help individuals experiencing smell loss rediscover flavor and the joy of eating.
Throughout the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to meet Monell scientists, connect with other members of our vibrant Knowledge Community, and explore the science behind flavor through an interactive culinary experience.
